Every Faithful piece is made to order just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and standard delivery takes about 3–8 business days after production, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and holidays or carrier delays can add time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Orders to the US over $75 ship free.

We ship to many countries worldwide. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a little time for tracking to become active.

Not always. Different items may be made at different production facilities, so you might receive more than one package with separate tracking numbers.

Please double-check your address before ordering. Once production has started, we may not be able to change it.

Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size outside the European Union. Please check the size guide on each product page, and email us if you need help choosing.

Email us at info@faitful.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us within those 14 days and send the item back unworn within 14 days after that. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Every product page has a size guide in both centimeters and inches. Hoodies are available in S–3XL and T-shirts in S–2XL.

Our hoodies are a soft 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend with a double-lined hood and front pouch pocket. Our T-shirts are heavyweight 100% cotton with a classic fit.

To keep your print looking its best, wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Yes. Sign up for our emails and get 10% off your first order.
